Heya!
This is my first "official Blamstrain newsletter" so go easy on me :) The original was posted on my e-mail list, which you can join by downloading something on my site at http://www.blamstrain.com/.
OSC ALBUM & SUMMA LABEL

Some of you may have noticed that I have a new alias nowadays, OSC, which I've already put an album and an EP out on. The releases are on the Erotus sublabel Summa, which is going to feature really meditative and experimental ambient music hand-picked by myself. The OSC songs are mainly from my past, but I plan on keeping the name in the future too. :)
The first release, "Tundra I-VII", is a collection of songs that I made during the Disfold era. The songs are just as strong as the ones on Disfold, just been sitting on them for a long time because I wanted to make an album out of them someday.. and that someday is now! :) I'm especially happy with "Tundra III" and "Tundra VII", two highlights of the album definitely.
The second release is called "Tähtiä Kohden" and it's a single of an half-an-hour drone, really murky, dark and wintery, featuring lots of tape processing and source sounds from the coldness surrounding me when I did the song back in 2002.

I now have a YouTube channel for my personal stuff where I've uploaded some unreleased mashups and tracks (including the rare "Retisk Remix" made with Brothomstates). Since I put everything up on my website things have picked up quite well! I've been following the statistics every day and putting them up for everyone to see, but here's a breakdown for today. The numbers start from October 11th.
Total downloads of the 7 albums available: 239
Total plays via the website: 2209
Of which were paid for: 26
Total revenue that I got: 159.50EUR

2. "Galaxy Spots", 37 downloads, 5 purchases, 19EUR revenue
