cheers brah. i think they're a perfect match, especially for the post metal/post rock stuff. it's not very bright sounding, much more balanced than anything, i also have the grado sr80s and they're bright/treble-y, the dt880s are completely different. i think it has just enough bass, i guess the best way to describe them is as very neutral sounding. also they smell nice lol. i've owned several sets of headphones and i definitely like these ones the most. a lot of people say the dt880s need a good expensive amp, but i can run it just fine with my little dot/zero dac combo.

hehe, hab meine dann doch noch gestern bekommen, is einfach nur pervers!!! und ja, es war neben den aufnahmen das geilste erlebnis in meinem leben! bei effloresce war ich voll und stand weit hinten, bei everyone into your mother vorne rechts mittig :) und bei frames stand ich direkt in der 2. oder 3. reihe von der bühne aus rechts! mal sehn ob ich mich irgendwo finde, werds mir heut abend auf jeden fall nochma geben!

alter das wochenende war echt mega krass, eines der geilsten dinge überhaupt! biffy waren akustisch sehr geil, nur alte sachen und b-seiten gespielt, nur der letzte song war von puzzle und amplifier haben mich einfach gekillt, zu geil! oceansize war natürlich überendgeil, sogar noch music for nurses komplett gezockt + vorhees + i haven't been the claw for ages ^^
