Look what i've got today :)

1) Take The Crown - "Let The Games Begin" (EP) (2006) & "Relapse React" (2008).

Yesterday i was at Rise Records myspace and decided to download all bands that are signed to this great label :) Most of them i already have, but some i haven't ever heard. One of such is Take The Crown. Quite cute emo-rock sometimes goin' into post-hardcore with little bit of electronic. Maybe it's too pop for me, but i liked vocals very much. So good clean voice.

2) In:Aviate - "Speak" (EP) (2007).

Another one band from Rise Records. Also very cute emo-rock, sounding very similar to Saosin. Even vocals is similar to Saosin. So calm, easy-listening emo-rock. Nice to listen.

3) Breathe Carolina - "Gossip" (2007).

Next band from Rise Rec. These guys play so cute emo/powerpop. Very nice to listen. When you want to calm down, just listen to these guys, they're great :)

4) The Years Gone By - "The Years Gone By" (2006) & "On The Verge" (EP) (2007).

And the last band from Rise Rec. that i haven't ever heard. These guys play very nice pop-punk. What you can expect from pop-punk?) Nice melodies, nice vocals, all is nice. Good pop-punk. Nothing to add. I'm just not a fan of such genre.

5) xAFBx - "Count Your Lies" (EP) (2005) & "My Life, Your End" (2007).

When i was at Rise Records myspace i saw there poster of some tours where were such a great bands like A Different Breed Of Killer, American Me, A Skylit Drive, etc. And among these bands there were xAFBx (formerly xArmed For Battlex). And i decided to download them. Cool. These guys rock :) Great hardcore with straight edge ideology. Kicking your ass with heavy breakdowns. Really moshcore.
