Lady Sovereign soundng. It's grime, so it's kind of the same with the beats Lady Sovereign has, but his voice is less...annoying. You can still hardly understand him though. Take a listen to him on last.fm. He's pretty awesome. Sway and Wiley as well. All are grime and all are UK.
