The download version is available now from the skin contact website and bandcamp.com. It is available in FLAC (lossless), mp3, and ogg vorbis formats. $7.00 (US) gets you all three formats.
The longest and perhaps most aggressive SC release to date, there are 17 tracks in all, including remixes by Defrost, DJ Vrhovny, and Coreline.
