Thank you so much! :D I regretted a little not taking Cambridge as a first choice, but all my Russian teachers recommended that I chose Bham because its Slavonic studies are among the best in all Europe and it's also the center of cultural studies... And also because the teacher managing the Cambridge exchange was totally unreliable and uninformed :s I was wondering if the rail card is also for foreign people or only residents in the UK...

Don't tell me about the weather!
