    I'll take Schostakovich, Rachmaninoff, and Prokofiev over Tchaikovsky any day. Perhaps not as popular, but I would say much fuller music, and more consistent catalogues. Stravisky loses me on some of the Neo Classical. Stan Getz was Ukrainian? the more you know. Are we just speaking former Soviet States? I mean as far as Eastern Europe goes Bulgaria, Hungrey, and Czechoslovakia have some pretty heavy hitters, Lizst, Bartok, Dvorak, The Bulgarian Woman's Choir...
