    id never heard of the artists you suggested but i liked them :) well i think that you should look these artists up sohodolls, memory tapes, fan death, crystal fighters, robots in disguise. to name a few :p they're no quite like wat u recommended but theyre very listenable. tell me wat u think

The black kids are really really good! but i played them out for myself last yr. but i still love em:) & no i have never been there.. but have always wanted to. is it true that one of the main languages there is sign language? Have you listened to the kinks?! :D

    good call on the coconut records they are mint. Still not sure about japanese motors have to keep listening to see if i get into it eventually. They sound like a chilled out strokes, they're almost a cross between beach boys and strokes i think. You should try "black Kids" i think you'll like them heaps. And i gotta rep NZ and tell you to listen to "fly my pretties". Have you ever been to NZ?

    Woww!! Thank you dude! Yeah man, i love Fat Freddy Drop!! I can't believe they are from NZ!! I lLOVE their sound i would have never guessed theeey were from NZ! I actually found about Fat Freddy Drop by my French friend who LOVES and would one day (or lol maybe a a few times) want to visit NZ!! He just rocks how he finds these awesome meaningful bands!!

    I sorry for saying Ladyhawke was the best thing to come out of New zealand. (Ireland would have been the first country to give women the vote if we had of beat the brits sooner!)
