yeah man I met Bob at a Silver Jews show in 2006. he was the nicest guy you could ever hope to meet. after the show (he drummed on a few songs) he just hung out talking and taking pictures with everyone. the whole band did actually.

On Tuesdays from 6-8 P.M. EST there is this cosmically good surf music radio show on WOBC This guy from the town does it and he says things like, "This is FIRST wave Mexican instrumental surf." It's really rad. I think you would like it. :)
