Yeah, the Blackpool gig was huge for its time. Indie bands never played gigs that big in those days. Now, of course indie bands are the mainstream, but then it was something really spectacular, and it was our band, the band of the people, haha, great times. I've lived in Beijing for nearly 8 years now, it's cool, but not much of a music scene, but it'll change. The Oasis gig, yeah, I was mega pissed off, so I bought a ticket back home and saw them at Wembley last summer. I'm so glad i did now, because it turned out to be one of their last ever gigs, and it was colossal!

Yeah, Dylan cancelled. Totally not surprising. In the last few years, all good bands have cancelled, oasis and The Killers most recently. Yeah, there's not much going on in the way of live music. I saw St. Vincent and Secret Machines recently which were quite good. I usually go back home for a month in summer, try catch some festivals. Yeah, that's Ian Brown at Spike Island, which was an awesome gig. One of the best I've been to. I also went to Blackpool which was fantastic too. Wow, I'm old, haha
