    Curious... Thoughts on the new DEW CD? I have yet to properly assimilate it, but the first few spins revealed to me that the overall sound quality has greatly improved. Andrew King's performance was great, too. Hope you enjoyed the KJ show. Lucky!

    Brick by Bricks headliners usually take the stage late (11:45 to 12:15 is my experience) so imagine my surprise showing up so close to KJ. I didn't even hear Czars. Sorry you had a rough experience getting up front! The crowd seemed like a laid back bunch of folks. There was a rambunctious goth (spitting image of 80s Robert Smith) in the middle which threw me off as he looked like the least likely contender to start shit!

À propos de moi

There exists a parallel reality in which I could conceivably DJ a party or club without everyone immediately making for the door. More interestingly, all the people there have blue or green skin and long grasshopper-like legs. Life is a little less shitty there, but things can still get pretty bad.

Anyway, in our reality, I find silence intolerable and always need to have some kind of sound playing when I'm home and awake. A quick glance at my library will reveal that these sounds are usually of a dark and/or experimental nature and often involve eccentric vocalists, but this is not exclusively the case. I don't much care about being cool anymore and will listen to anything that sufficiently entertains me, regardless of genre or ideology. So...how are you?
