cooooool! i was thinking about seeing spoon on one of the two evenings i'm [back] in london but haha but i couldn't resist the 'two gigs in two days' idea! and my boss finally approved my trip so i'm starting to count down the days! ATPG is a song from Chikita Violenta's new album, it sounds a bit like something from BSS self-titled album to me :). gigs...oh yeah, nov 23, 24 and 25...i like it! haha i'd be so rich without going to so many concerts. jason collett is so cool! waiting for the world is probably ma fave track. it would be so cool to see him tour with bss! or feist, just like this friday in mexico. stop me if i'm too greedy :)))

haha you're not the first person telling me Chikita Violenta sound like BSS - which is an awesome thing for me too - a friend told me the same about ATPG from their new album, and she's so right! and yeah..it's not so hard to meet them after the show if you're patient enough :) but i totally forgot what i told them, i just remember 'hey brendan i've just graduated, 3 hours ago!' :)))))))

[tickets to bss@koko bought {both nights}, trip approved by 1of2 bosses so far {cos the other one's in namibia}, /me happy {like a little kid}] :) sorry it took me so long to reply again, i think i have a serious problem....a new job which means my comp is the last thing i want to see when i come home from work :D hope my old self will be back soon. wooo one more reason to be excited is they started playing songs from my wishlist..ok not because they were on my wishlist but who cares. guilty cubicles and ibi. hope they won't run away when they see me again! haha hope your CAN music education's going fine! what have you discovered? My current obsession is The National (a gig just two days before BSS) and KC Accidental (my work soundtrack).

hey. the mystery of the harbourfront setlist = what musiclovesme wrote to their shoutbox + Day To Day is Amy Millan's song, I'll Bring The Sun is Jason Collet's and Kevy Key Jam is an instrumental version of Sentimental X's. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FdwiDFdd5Mc [haha, watch your avatar dancing to this!] i think they should release it as a b-side or something :) btw enjoy Dan Mangan (jealous:))!

Hello... I saw your pending membership for the Monthly Mixtape. It used to be an 'open' group, but that changed because there were too many members not actively involved. When you join, you're required to participate in every monthly mixtape. If you don't feel like it at a certain time, you could remove yourself from the group temporarily. I do this because you're paired with someone who's expecting the same kind of dedication to making the mix as he/she has. Do you know anyone in the group by the way? That serves as some kind of recommendation. Or did you find it on your own? So... just tell me a bit about yourself, or at least answer this message. Cheers! See ya, Roy aka 7up

You should still come to the afterparty, it'll be KAKKMADDAFAKKA'S first UK show, and they're an amazing live act. Plus Erlend Øye will be doing some of his party songs...
