New musical discoveries are wonderful aren't they? Oh, I only read this week that Magnetic Fields are almost done with their next album. Sure to be a good show, I can only guess as I haven't seen them live.

Lots of other great shows on there as well you'll find. Have you heard the new Yo La Tengo? I was never a big fan, but this I really like. One more thing I saw on your charts, Tugboat's my favorite by Galaxie 500, but I have a nice cover by British Sea Power, you're welcome to it if you like.

Oh, the Crayons record is great! I really do need to update. There's so many excellent bands in Melbourne right now, and not enough time to both see them and write about them. Sigh!

I was thinking the same thing when I went over to Alexiespecks' page. I'm loving Crayon Fields and I seem to be listening to Aussie bands lately. Mess + Noise has guided me well, too. I've come across your profile before, nice charts and I like the drawings.
