I have been a Brother of True Metal since the age of 8, I am now 30 and I am Blasting Metal Louder and Prouder than ever..... Thrash, Power, Death, Black, Viking, Glory, Battle, and NWOBHM are my favorite Sub Genres of Metal...

I have been to well over 100 shows and seen close to 400 bands live since 1992.

I am always looking for new Brothers and Sisters of Metal to share music with and learn from.

Being from Boston I also grew up on Hardcore alongside Metal so I do respect, appreciate and listen to a ton of Hardcore and Massachusetts Metalcore bands, judge if you must but I am not ashamed to admit my roots.

Some call me a "Metal Elitist" which is a label for which I am proud of, having said that I do listen to bands that are not Metal and if I correct someone who labels a band as Metal that isn't, it does not mean said band is worthless it just means that they aren't Metal. Perfect Example: System of a Down - Not Metal, System of a Down - Solid and Talented Hard Rock band.

Also being that I came of age as "Nu Metal" was rising in the mid to late 90's let me set the record straight Nu Metal is not Metal it is another word for Hard/Alternative Rock....Again there are plenty of Nu Metal bands that I listen to, but lets call a spade a spade.....
