here is a list of random things i love and things i think about certain music/musicians.

best rock singer ever: Freddie Mercury of Queen. this guy is insanely talented and also the best songwriter ever. he has the voice of a god. RIP.

best female rock singer: Sandra Nasic from Guano Apes. I don't listen to them but i heard her sing in Path Vol. 2 by Apocalyptica. i was amazed. she rocks.

Favorite Guitarist: Eddie Van Halen of Van Halen. The first time i heard eruption i nearly crapped my pants. enough said.

Most original band: Apocalytpica. I just recently got into them and i bought reflections. i love how they added drums by Slayer's Dave Lombardo. It is really interesting how the classical and metal sounds come together.

Most talented musician overall: Arjen Lucassen from Ayreon is just insanely talented. he can play everything, drums, bass, guitars, mandolin, organs, pianos. you could probably make up an instrument and he could master it in 10 min.

i cant really think of anything right now but whatever.

well its impossible. the reason? Freddie Mercury of Queen is dead. so putting that aside, that freddie mercury kicks more ass than chuck norris with spiked boots, i will create my favorite living band.

For my vocalist i would definately choose System of a Down's Serj Tankian. He is an amazing singer. not as good as Freddie Mercury, but hes alive.

For a lead guitar, no doubt about Van Halen's amazing ly talented 2 handed tapping legend Eddie Van Halen.

For a second guitar i would add John Petrucci of Dream Theater

Bass-Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea.

On drums, i would put in Neil Peart of Rush. This guy is amazing, you couldnt even drum that fast if you had six arms and was having a siezure.

For my final member i would put on keyboards Dream Theater's Jordan Rudess.

pretty sweet band eh? Serj on vocals, Flea on bass, Eddie Van Halen and John Petrucci on guitars, Neil Peart on drums, and Jordan Rudess on keyboards. that would be sweet.
