5 years! haha, lost track of time there. more like 2, as you said. and yeah, he played his own edit. or at least some kind of prototype version of it, without the silly parts with the pitched down robot voice. what was that all about? i think the edit he finally released is one of his very few weak spots.

i saw him spin in stockholm like 5 yrs ago. great shit. all of a sudden he put on ”killing in the name of”. this was before he remixed it and, sort of, blessed it. and the whole crowd just froze. like everybody tried to figure out if it was okay to dance (sthlm is extremely hip, see) and then the floor exploded. it was beuatiful.

hey mr fuck, just noticed your little saying about D.I.M. about him being hilarious, that is. i just love that thought. being an isolated (both mentally and geographically) swede who most definitely neva eva will have the privilege of neither seeing him spin or meeting him – tell me something about yr tet a tet. share a joke.

I can imagine. However, for the record, I didn't "just get into my scene" I've been doing this for the past 5 years. It's not like concerts are new to me, but when only your company's concerts extend into that period of the night, I have a certain right to make an assumption... :P

Alright, well, that makes much more sense. You must understand my standpoint as a consumer that when I attend two shows with the Neon (and High Food) name on them, which each end at 3AM, I can only wonder... But I do realize that Justice and MSTRKRFT were equally "parties" and not shows. Finally, I think it came out wrong when I said that it was "horrible" in that the show times were horrible (in my opinion) but the shows themselves are fun. :) One extra note however, since you do work for NEON, and since I look up all my upcoming shows to buy tickets for on last.fm, maybe when a show of yours gets an event page on here, you could post tentative times? Before I go out and buy the ticket.. :P :)

Now, I go to many many concerts, many of which too are on weeknights. However, whether a concert finishes at 11PM, or 12AM doesn't affect whether or not I "enjoyed" the concert. I'm not going there to waste my time until 3AM, I'm going to see the band/performer I love. Now, you say I don't understand how the business works, well, I've been to tons of shows by many other promoters, and yet all of their shows start and end at reasonable hours and everyone still has a great time, so I really don't see what the problem here is. Oh, and feel free to be offended, because as a consumer I have a right to express my opinion on something which i paid for. And a right to inform others what they're getting themselves into... Finally, I do want to say that I DID enjoy the MSTRKRFT show. Just, keep the late shows for Weekends hmm? (Like Simian Mobile Disco was ;))

Hi there, I understand completely. The longer you make people wait, the more they spend on drinks, the drunker they get, the more "Fun" they have, and the more money you make. Now, if you'll recall, I said that I too had enjoyed the MSTRKRFT show, very much so in fact. And you know why? Because it was on a Saturday, and if I weren't at the show until 3AM, I would be at a club until 3AM. Which is perfectly acceptable. However, and let me use October/November's (can't remember which) Justice show as an example. That show was held on a weekday. On a day which I had school the next day, people have jobs to go to the next day, and overall responsibilities. It was this very show that made me have those opinions about NEON in the first place. I can't stay out until 3AM on a weeknight, because I have responsibilities for the next day. cont'd....
