You're right, they definitely played most of the album around that period...but with all their personal issues/band issues they were dealing with at the time they weren't able to collectively express that album with the force they had wanted. It's talked about in a short film that was made a few years back. (This is a preview of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_CX99AWcODE) It's cool that you actually got to see them live in their prime. And thanks you too! It's funny how we listen to so many of the same certain albums (I run into quite a few people with shared artists, but it ends up being different albums and whatnot).

Refused aren't actually reuniting for a reason. They decided to play a few shows so that they could finally do that album some justice (in terms of a live performance), as they had not been able to do that 15 years ago.
