ha! i don't even know where to start with minimal techno. i agree about burritio-eating being an art and if you can offer instructions to enhance the experience then i think you're doing a service to humanity! noble thing! x

yo! i'm back on this bitch after finally getting it on my macbook pro (um, over a year later...yup) and i'm happy to see our compatibility is VERY HIGH! woo! also, i like your 'how to eat a burrito' because it looks a bit rude (and i'm immature) x

You NUTTER! I meant that Providence seemed like an intriguing place to visit (I received one of the best indie pop mixes ever from a long-time Providence dweller. Respect.). I'm in a contemplative mood and I think that I've done pretty well exploring as many corners of this vast country as possible. But one place I have not been is anywhere in New England! Heaven knows if I'll ever get there now, but the dream is still alive. // Where does one live in London? I'm interested in the SE generally, trying to subside within zone 2. Maybe near the Rotherhithe Tunnel so I can ride my bike through it to cross north of the river. Though if I live on the Isle of Dogs I will actually be north of the river!

Ahh, what a crack team that's been assembled to organize the SF Popfest. No wonder the line-up is so great and the planning and announcements have been so well thought out and executed. Indeed, I was thinking we might have to be BORING and meet in New York again. Oh, the trouble! :D Providence sounds intriguing, I must say. But it's London for me, baby!

While being nosy here I see that you are NOT coming to Indietracks. How TOTALLY BOGUS, man! Of course I would love love love to be out at the SF Popfest but I'm moving to the UK in a few weeks (I'm totally missing the bay area already). So we are going to have to meet up and dance and drink in who knows where in future. But, like, somewhere, OK!?!

Alright, Mr. Tweemo, I'll have you know I very rarely listen to Belle and Sebastian myself! It's not because I don't like them anymore, but probably because they are so heavily associated with a time in my life that has now passed. But, like you, I've just got the BBC Sessions and I was listening to them sat here at work yesterday, getting all tearfully nostalgic.

Haha! YES. I HATE dancing! It's just that when you've got a band as wicked hyper and spazzy as Love is All, why do they need to be remixed at all? Even if they're not necessarily 'electronic' based? I always found remixes redundant and more bland than the originals of bands like Depeche Mode and Future Bible Heroes too. Stop the madness.

What's with all these Love is All remixes, eh? Surely they can't be any good?

I don't know how I feel about Sound of Arrows yet. I am not quite convinced somehow. But that Days record is way dreamy. And the new Pains songs - oh God, I can't wait for that album to come out!

Well, Pipas DID play Rip It Up this year! Anything is possible. And, honey, don't worry! I've been slavisly following the Pains for nearly a year now and will be ALL OVER DAT when it is released. :D

Is it Mark Pipas? I'm so jealous! Those damn fabulous Swedish music festivals. Dude, Chicago is FLOODED. Seriously. Ike is sittin' up over us just chillin'. There are some good gigs coming up at least. I hope you are dancing away at Your Latest Crush!

Got the Cloudberry/Bottle Rocket 'Ever Get the Feeling You've Been Cheated?' CD a week or so ago but only just realized looking at it the other night that YOU'RE one of the cover stars, you nutter. Congratulations! xx
