Taylor Swift tops the charts for the 5th straight year. 2014 was an interesting distribution of listening. Ariana Grande dominated most of the year after discoveries of both her albums (happening upon the release of My Everything). Maroon 5 has become a constant favorite, appearing again in the top 10. Selena Gomez was fueled by merely two tracks, and "Weird Al" made a made a strong push to the top 10 with the release of Mandatory Fun. This year featured seeing both Lady Antebellum and Boston live.

Like the artists, there was a steady distribution of artists and genres, littered with a variety of pop and even featuring some comedy, country and rap hits. The late release of Taylor Swift's 1989 kept most tracks just off the list, so expect a push from Swift in 2015.
