yo, i had heard of Vox Dei before, it's also on my recommendation's list hehe, nice album by the way (La Biblia) is similar in some way to "color humano", i guess all those bands were kinda in the same movement, i'll check the other albums out too. Elections coming soon in here man, tho i dont really get involved in that stuff... al i know is that "Bloc Quebecois" are the separatist guys haha... I dunno about quebecois being jerks, i mean fortunately i've never had issues with them, but then again most of the ppl i hang out with are immigrants. Cheers man!

At first I didn't like "Toonervile Trolley" at all, but it grew on me, and now I find it to be beautifully quirky and very cute.

Yeah, my favorite Spinetta band is Pescado Rabioso too (i think is kind of evident from looking at my lists) but Invisible would be my close second hehe... You got any recommendations for me man? So i get you don't live in quebec anymore, judging by your comments... i'm not really sure what to tell you, i mean i usually hang out with foreign immigrants you know, so i dont usually get hostility from others, but yeah sometimes it is evident that some people are still living on the 50s or think of quebec as some sort of country that should be independent from other, i usually try to stay away from those discussions cause i think it doesnt really concern me, and at least as i see it now i dont plan to stay long in here, but who knows what might happen afterwards... anyway lemme know about any bands or artists that deserve to be heard

That's crazy man, I live in montreal and i sorta know what u mean... i sometimes have a hard time with french too... But i guess its just some people that don't really like angophones. Anyway, im into a lot of argentinian rock, mostly Luis Alberto Spinetta and his bands (one of which is Pescado Rabioso), so i'd probably recommend you to listen to another of his bands "Invisible", listen to their third album "El Jardin De Los Presentes", tho it's much better if u speak spanish cause the poetry of the lyrics is so beautiful... anyway take care man!
