Hi! Thanks so much, I need all the luck I can get :) Well, I must say really liked Sweden in the end, I think it was a deserved win, and it was Germany's song which gave me the "i've heard this before" feeling xD. I agree about Iceland's result, it was sooo underrated. :( I ended up being disappointed with Italy 'cause I had only heard the Italian version and i didn't know they had translated the song, it turns out i don't like it as much in english as i did. Oh well. It was still a nice show, I just don't understand how Albania finished so high. Anyway I'm used to mysterious results every year in eurovision. xD Nice to see you love Lane Moje too. It's amazing! Oh and I should really look for some new trance songs, I haven't really explored new music for a while. What have you been listening to, lately?

Hello! Omg I haven't logged in here in 3 months. I'm so sorry for not keeping the contact with you, but I've had the busiest time of my life in college since last November. My studies are going well but they're difficult and i still got the exams of this semester to do. I'm doing good thanks. :) About eurovision, yeah I've watched both the semifinals and in a hour I'll be watching the final too of course :). Iceland is my favourite song, followed by Italy, I just love them. I was also really impressed by Macedonia. Serbia is really good, but I prefer the song of 2004 by the same singer, "Lane Moje", that's just one of the best ever in ESC for me. <3 I like Hungary too but I'm just going to hear Germany tonight for the first time. I hope our fav songs do well on the voting! But Sweden and Russia are said to be the big favourites...

Hi! Don't worry about that, you aren't rude. I haven't been here much either because i have been studying for exams, they start in two weeks. NW's album is really great :) Yeah I love Imagine, I should listen to the rest of the album if it's so good like that track. :) "Mirage" by Armin is also a good song by the way. Well I'm not really so worried about the "possible end of the world" in 2012. In 2000 when I was young I remember they said the world was going to end, too. xD But i really hope that this year is better for me than 2011. Happy new year also for you! :)

hey! wow, you were so quick to reply, that's cool :) i'm doing fine too, thanks. i've listened to the new nightwish album already and i love it, but i'm only going to get my copy tomorrow as a present :P. i haven't been hearing a lot of trance, because somehow i feel like listening to my "old" styles of music lately (symphonic rock/metal). however i have found "Imagine" by Armin Van Buuren which is a really nice and peaceful track. have you heard of it? about the holidays, don't worry about "moaning" because i share your feelings about christmas, as i have told you last year. you're right, that there's something fake and materialistic about this time of the year and i don't like it either. well, it will be over soon enough xD.

Hey! Congratulations for having your licence =) Yeah, i passed all the subjects of the 1st year except one. I'm going to start the 2nd year already in one week, so i'm enjoying my last days of holidays...:P . I haven't found a lot of new music lately. But I'm back to listening to Air and other electronic artists. I should look for new trance music. Thanks for the recomendation, i'm going to check out Above&Beyond's new album, then. :D Live shows, no, i'm not really planning to go to any. I went to see a free concert of Joss Stone, the british soul singer, here in lisbon, in july. It was cool but there were too many people (what do you expect if the concert is free... xD) and we almost couldn't breath in the crowd. Well, i'm happy to tell you that Nightwish is finally going to release their new song "Storytime" in november, and a new album still this year. I can't wait. =)

Hi! So, what did you think of the show on last saturday night?? I must say I'm sort of disappointed with the final top 3, specially since there were so many great songs this year. Azerbaijan wasn't my fav song, it was a bit "safe" as you say. I really disliked Italy and for me Sweden wasn't a winner either. At least Ukraine got 4th, i thought it was awesome song and i hadn't heard it before, nice surprise, and cool that you like it too :). About Bosnia... it seems my favourite song, whatever it is, always finishes in 6th place xD Last year it was "Apricot Stone", in 2009 "Rändajad" and now "Love in rewind". Oh well.. I'm also happy with Germany and Georgia (i thought Europe would find them too "dark") and disappointed at Serbia, Slovenia and Iceland's results... I thought both the hyperactive twins from ireland and the "circus" from moldova were very fun^^I agree about Romania it was boring. Bulgaria should have been there! By the way CONGRATULATIONS to Finland on the hockey title! :D

Hey, again! I agree that many songs from the first semi final weren't so good at all. I agree with all your choices and i also hated Armenia and Greece, for me they were the worst that night beside Croatia and Malta. Turkey was indeed a disappointment, cause I really like their songs usually, but this were very middle of the road. About the 2nd semi i couldn't watch all of it, but from what i saw it seemed better than the first. Bosnia and Slovenia were very deserving qualifiers, but i was kinda sad that Cyprus and specially Bulgaria don't have a place in the final... I liked Bulgaria's song a lot, and I heard that Lena from Germany was shocked with their elimination too, since it was her fav. song. Despite of that I'm mostly happy with the final's songs (unlike last year) and i expect a good show tonight^^. Who were your favourites from the 2nd semi then, if you watched it? And who are you supporting most tonight? I like many countries but my favourite is really Bosnia I suppose :D

Hey! I'm happy to hear that in eurovision this year you like Bosnia and Germany too.^^ Yes I remember you supported Lena. I've watched the first semi final yesterday, and my favs were Iceland, Serbia, Hungary, Finland and Georgia (big differences in styles, I know xD). I'm so happy that they're all in the final! I also haven't heard all songs of the 2nd semi, and before yesterday I hadn't heard Serbia very well, just a couple of times, but it's really a great song sung by a great voice :) Russia isn't so my kind of thing at all, but at least he sung it well. It doesn't surprise me that Portugal is out, I knew that we wouldn't be in the final since the day the song was chosen, honestly.... Indeed, that song "Amar" from 2B that we sent some years ago had very bad vocals... I didn't like it, but I've never heard the studio version I think. :P Well, what did you think of this semi final then?

Thanks a lot for your nice message :)) Now I'm on a small holiday. I've been hearing this year's eurovision songs in the last few days. Finland's song is not bad for me. My favourites for now are Bosnia, Slovenia and Germany. I find Lena's song of this year, "Taken by a stranger", a a lot better than "Satellite", but I'm not sure that europe will think the same. I also agree with you, that Sweden's "Popular" is a good and catchy song for eurovision, even if the lyrics are really bad. At first i thought the songs of this year were weak, but now some of them are growing on me. I think Portugal's best song was from 2008 - "Senhora do Mar" by Vânia Fernandes. Do you know/remember it?

Hey! It's just today that I can say my cold is totally gone... The weather isn't better here, it's still raining all the time. So then, that's what i thought about Helsinki and gigs. That must be upsetting. :( I wish you had the chance to see more bands live, cause concerts can be really amazing experiences. And you're right indeed about the prices. I'm still not sure if I'm going to see Arcade Fire and Portishead in the summer.. I'd really like to, but I always feel a bit unsure if i should spend about 50 euros only for a one day ticket in a festival. And I'm going to need a lot of luck this semester, that's all I know. xD So, thanks a lot!! :D By the way, we've just chosen our entry for the Eurovision 2011... (Homens da Luta - "Luta é alegria"). But it's nothing at all like Filipa Azevedo, and let me say, i think it's a pretty weird song. Well , they're a group of comedians anyway...

Hei!! That's really cold over there. :| Here it's still crazy weather, changing all the time. In the last days it's been very warm. As a result, I have a big cold now. :| All the concerts i've been to in my life are writen in my profile^^ It must be hard for you to attend a lot of concerts, if you live far away from the cities in Finland.. i suppose that many foreign bands don't even go to Finland, and if they do, that must be only to Helsinki or something, right? Here, in Lisbon we get quite a few concerts indeed, but the rest of country never gets any... I hope you can see Nightwish. I'd love to see them in the next tour cause i've never seen them too... They only were in Portugal twice, and in lisbon only once. Sadly, ticket prices are going up and getting very expensive. Now I'm already in the 2nd semester, we only had one week break in between. "College style" just like you say! :P

Hi ! :) The weather is kind of weird here, it's very cold at night, but pretty warm during the day... Today at 8am it was 4ºC and now it's 18º... you see!! Of course, I always do that. Lately i've been buying less cd's cause I want to spend my money on concerts... Oh well, I always have youtube or hypem.com to listen. I'll try to find that movie, then. You're surely not alone on the holiday thing. :) Yeah, i've not been finding a lot of new music either. Next friday i already start the second semester of college... This week i've been resting after 3 weeks of exams.

Yeah, it's what i always do at least... I always make sure i know/like more than half of the album before i buy it.. Giallo films? Never heard of that, I'll sure have to look into it. Don't worry about not liking the holidays, I'm SO happy it's all over now :P. Have you ever heard of Pendulum? Or listened to drum'n'bass music? They're the only band i know so far, and I don't know much, but I think you'd like them as a trance fan. At least i really like the songs Girl in the fire and Watercolour.

Well if you can't buy it right now, you can always listen to the album or some tracks on youtube, i'm sure his stuff must be there by now. I'm not a fan of horror films, not because i'm scared of them or something, but because like you said, they're always the same thing and it gets very boring.. at least those of today. I don't know a lot of old ones. Maybe i should watch them. I use to like suspense/mistery like movies and books. Are they anything like that at all? And i couldn't agree more with everything you say, shopping during christmas is impossible. Thanks again and I hope you have a really happy new year :-)

À propos de moi

Hello. My music taste is quite wide, there's rock, dance/trance, techno, kpop, jpop/rock, electropop, some kind of metal and many more. Nowadays i do listen a lot of kpop & trance music. So i would say that it is mine favorite music -genre right now. I'm almost always exploring new music to listen and enjoy.

I find Japanese language very beautiful and hope to someday start learning the language. Other languages i hope to learn in the future would be Italian, German and Spanish. Listening to music is my mainhobby, but of course i like to do sports, watch good tv-series/movies/animes and nowadays i read manga too. I play videogames too, with playstation mainly. I'm open to new people, so if you wanna talk or something, don't be afraid to ask. :) But i'm tired for answering to friend requests, if you don't even gonna say anything or make some conversation. Those people i could call "friend collectors". Oh and i know my english isn't perfect all the time, but i'm trying my best. As a european i most certainly tend to watch eurovisions each year.
