I love when I am able to have her contribute vocals to my tracks, her voice is absolutely astonishing. Full of emotion and depth. I just really enjoy working with her. I don't think I could have a significant other that was *not* as involved in music as I am, I can't imagine what that would be like. She is the best soundboard for my ideas, ever. We've known each other since we were little, and even through our initial friendshipas we both were discovering ourselves musically, we would bounce ideas off of one another. To this day it is just as magnificient as it was back then!

Wonderful! The page is http://residentevilvixen.deviantart.com - most definitely feel free to read through and leave comments / critiques! I really love to get critiques and things like that, it helps me to better hone my craft, I always appreciate that sort of thing. Especially for my pieces in English just because with it not being my native language I sometimes feel that I'm leaving more to be desired or I'm not coming across in the fashion that I originally did in Icelandic (a vast majority of my pieces are done in Icelandic first and then translated for my audience) or whatever. Writing (both poetry and music) definitely has its restrictions which is why I have ventured into film making myself in the last year or so. Having the same line of work as my girlfriend / fiancée is actually quite a joy. I love the way that she thinks musically. I love the input that she gives because she has such a wonderful point of view and interprets sound in such a unique fashion.

I suppose it depends on which aspect of production you'd be inquiring about. When I produce my own records that is really just saying that I am the beginning and the end of the creative input (sometimes my girlfriend acts as co-producer since she is a musician / producer as well) and that I'm the one doing the recording and when I produce another artist or band it is saying that I put creative input out there and the artist either likes it or doesn't and put it into effect or doesn't based on if they like what I have to say or not, as well as my being the person who is running the board and actually doing the recording. I do a great deal of travelling because of it, mostly to the US though. I still have a home in Las Vegas NV in the US because of how often I am in the US. I write a great deal of poetry myself, I can direct you to my deviant art page if you would like to read it sometime. Movies já? What kind do you wish to make? Yðar einlægur, Brynhildur

I wish more people could do what they wanted without worrying about people being mean to them. People say horrible things about me all the time, like that I should kill myself or that Manson should punch me in the teeth for disrespecting him and his art like this, but I don't really care. They don't understand me and don't see what I'm about and that's fine. If you're hated enough, they'll talk about you as much as the people who love you talk about you, if not more. So long as they spell my name right. ;)

That my post doesn't means that in my opinion Manson is goth or have something with it. Just so many people ask me „ who are you? do you wanna be goth with marilyn manson's music?" and I just feel so angry about that. Anyway, a lot of teenagers, especially 11-15 years old think that listening Manson and trying to be goth is very cool now days. So, they listen to Manson less than one year and saying, they are Manson's fans or mansonists. Then they just start listen MCR, TH or something like that. Anyway, I know that Manson is really clever person. In long time ago I was so much idiotic like I said about 11-15 years old teenagers but now I'm just allready tired to have discussions about Manson and I just give up. It's not important to me anymore. I'm just listening Manson's music and enjoy it. And saying that he sucks too just because then people have a better opinion about me. It's good for me. ;DD.

Manson sucks everyday. ;DD. Many people say I'm quite sarcastic person but with this avatar I just want to prove that I'm not just another silly poser emo-goth girl, who thinks that listening Manson is very gothic or something like that. I know, I know, it's very childish, but fuck that! I'm child anyway. :).

I think that is what alot of us do though, try to make things as easy on ourselves as possible. This is quite easy for my as I am a music artist / producer and get to do it full time, I am happy doing what makes me happy and feel quite lucky to be able to do what I enjoy as a source of income because there are some people out there that just are not so lucky. I am very fortunate in this manner. I was in Belgium because someone had dropped my name to a friend of theirs when they were discussing his wanting to cut a demo, and my friend mentioned that I produce and would come to him if he couldn't get to Iceland to record at my studio, so, off track and tiny indeed but it was nice to go somewhere else besides all of the other countries I've been to on a regular basis. I agree with you on the musical compatibility - but it is cute (and amusing!) that they even try to calculate such a thing! Yðar einlægur, Brynhildur Jónsdóttir

Oh, I'm doing quite wonderfully over here, thanks for asking! How are things going for you over there in Belgium (I haven't been there in quite some time, wow!)? Many thanks for your compliment on my charts as well, we might have only Medium compatibility according to last.fm but last.fm has no idea what I'm listening to on my MP3 player when I'm out and about and you have quite the solid little chart list. :-D

À propos de moi

The Act upon death

He was lying there
mouldering on his lean bed
in a distinguished shiftlessness.
His loins burning
in the scouring and clunging sheets.

His rancid body
acted a foretaste
of the styled death.

The mattress was trying
a deep and airy impression
beyond all horror.
The set of springs
only had the resistance
of sagging badly.
The space under his bed;
the metaphor of his will
to sink deep,
profound as deep can be.

In aversion of his courage
to turn on his better side,
the air that surrounded him
was merely capable
to move to a gesture
and he could scarcely
grin a few moans.

…'till the twilight, in a compassionate ray
shined upon his exhausted countenance
and he was waking slowly with the infernal musty taste
of the damned' forgotten no man's lands in his mouth.
