    i'm sure a half-dozen overzealous last.fmers have already aided you in your foray into matt pond pa, but for what it's worth, i'd start with Emblems—'tis simply gorgeous. i'd recommend loading it on your phone/mp3 player and taking the day to explore an art museum. i personally visited the Holocaust Museum in DC while listening to Emblems, and i'm not sure i whole-heartedly recommend that sort of museum/MPPA experience. but Dallas is a ways away from DC, so no worries. *edit* oh snap, your shout is like a year old. pardon me :D i just saw October 15... two weeks ago. except for the 2011 part. so maybe make that half-dozen a round dozen.

    It was a pretty great show. The Kessler is much nicer on the inside than on the outside, if I do say so myself. Very modern style inside. Strange paintings. (Of course, you could say the term "strange" is quite subjective)
