I feel like I recognize your name from the old last.fm days, and I don't know why but I specifically remember your name and Leftfield. Maybe we talked about Leftfield once? Anyways, fantastic taste in electronic, pretty similar to my taste in so many ways 👌

Whoa, I totally love your journal entries so I'm glad you were bored at least 3 times in your life. I'd like to see your top 10 songs of each year list so hopefully, you'll get super super bored one day and "just do it" Nike style. I actually copied these 3 journal entries to my hard drive. There are too many deletes on this website. Here today, gone tomorrow. :D

The Resistance had a symphony on it, not really selling out! They've always been pretty popular (stadium tours since Absolution era). The only song I've seen as them losing their artistic integrity is Neutron Star Collision because it's generally a cheesy ballad which was made for twilight. KoL became popular because they ditched the classic rockers look and started wearing tank tops with indie hair. I didn't say anything about you not listening to pop(ular) music either, not sure how that came up in your comment.

that's pretty elitist in my opinion. p.s TS2M aren't really emo, they look emo but not really emo. emo music is Bring me the Horizon, Asking Arlandria, Escape the Fate (if you're going to make comments at least get the genres right ;)). And did I read this comment right: "andwagoning popular genres and then creating generic stuff"???? Seriously hipster. You think they're rubbish so don't listen to them. It's a pretty easy concept. Just like I don't comment on the fact you like AC/DC and KoL (two of the worst rock bands ever, tbh). Ooops, I just did! Win.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XpEr8f2jJfk Saw them last night. MIND-BLOWING. They were certainly as good as Leftfield. King of Snake was immense! and they did a very cool, modern reworking of Push Upstairs. Here's the only version of that I could find on youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Epo-5M38mWg

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X_BBN0izry8 I was about 20 feet from the stage somewhere in the middle. It's not the longest set I've seen them play, but they were still the BEST and they played Release the Pressure!

Not really underrated, they were pretty big in the UK in the 90s. As for better than The Smiths... well, that's debatable! Oasis on the other hand were really really really bad. They have catchy tunes, but as for them being a genuinely good band... lolz. I try not to view someone who's a subscriber's page for the same reason. The worst thing is getting a shout saying "thanks for viewing my page! wtf!

I've not heard the whole album. just a few tracks off it. will give it a more extensive listen when it's on spotify. haha, I've just read on wikipedia their new album is being streamed on their website! just started listening now! call me cynical but I didn't really see arctic monkeys as the kind of band that would change, but evidently they have and I'm pleased they did. I thought humbug was a generally good album though it didn't go down well I don't think. as for it being their best, that's quite a bold statement! I've not heard the new strokes album but I have heard it's shite, haha. thought king of limbs was a fairly decent album, a few boring tracks but that's what one expects with radiohead nowadays.

Hey :-) My new album is finally available. I've been working hard this last month or so to fine tune the sound that it is I want to represent me...And well.. Here it is. I've released this album as self-titled because I feel it embodies my enjoyment for music. I promise nothing but more great music to come from me, and hope that you will continue to enjoy the tunes that I create. Thank you for supporting me on this crazy journey through life! p.s. I didn't want this to come across as another check out my record spam message, so I actually put thought into the words I have chosen. It's just a little hard to write a personal message to everyone... my hands would be killing me by the time i finished :-) Thanks, and enjoy! Self Titled album "Kilpanda"

yep, hating on bieber is so cliche :P in regards to aphex twin/thom yorke, Kid A is my least favourite radiohead album, quite boring apart from quite a few tracks. I've given that genre of music quite a few tries too, it just isn't my thing. that's not to say of course that I like sticking to one genre, I do like electronica elements in some music (depeche mode, enter shikari, klaxons etc) but I don't feel there's really enough to it to make it bearable on its own. also, just noticed you've been listening to Alter Bridge recently, as have I. found them after listening to some of the sick vocals on Slash's solo effort. What do you think of them?
