Okay so this is gonna be me basically saying where I first found out about each of them, what I like about them and a fun fact about me regarding them. This isn't a meme from anywhere, I just felt like talking about them cause I'm bored! :D Feel free to steal this idea too.

1) Mindless Self Indulgence:

How did you do find out about them?
Me and a mate who really likes them were talking about MCR and their wives in like January of this year and I starting finding Lyn-Z really attractive. My mate sent me Shut Me Up and I liked it, so because of Lyn-Z and me starting to like them, I downloaded more and more, saw them live and from then, it was love!

Why do you like them?
Because they're so different and fun, their songs tend to be different as they cover a lot of genres but overall, they just don't seem to give a shit and their music is like nothing I've heard before.

Fun fact?
I dress up as Jimmy Urine this Halloween.

2) The Mighty Boosh:

How did you do find out about them?
Oh, I discovered The Boosh in 2004 when I was bored doing homework and decided to flick through the channels, the name intrigued me so I had a watch and found it really funny and weird so fell in love with it!

Why do you like them?
Their sense of humour is really funny and they seem like such close friends, it's a lovely friendly atmosphere, it's pleasing to watch. :)

Fun fact?
I had met all members of The Mighty Boosh by July 2007.

3) KoЯn

How did you do find out about them?
Probably through Kerrang in like 2003…I just liked their sound after songs like Freak on a Leash and decided to buy their album, then I bought like 4 more in the years after that.

Why do you like them?
I actually don't know! The tunes in their songs are pretty good though, I mainly like the tunes with them.

Fun fact?
I once said "I would do every single member of KoRn for the good music they play" as I was listening to them on my Walkman when I was about 15 and really into an album.

4) Foo Fighters

How did you do find out about them?
My mate came round once in 2002 or 2003 and showed me them, I just thought the name was weird and mistook them for the Food Fighters… I got into classics like Learn to Fly and All My Life and it went from there!

Why do you like them?
Dave Grohl has a really powerful voice that I love and the music is really energetic most of the time.

Fun fact?
I got stomped on in a moshpit while the Foo Fighters were onstage at Reading Fest. 2005 and genuinly thought I was going to die.

5) Marilyn Manson

How did you do find out about them?
Probably very first off when I realised he sang Smackdown's old theme with 'The Beautiful People'…don't actually remember how I properly got into him!!

Why do you like them?
The lyrics sometimes make me think and I like that, also I just like the songs.

Fun fact?
I have a Marilyn Manson poster on my ceiling above my bed that a few people have commented on it being scary and asked why I have it.

6) Red Hot Chili Peppers

How did you do find out about them?
Oh man, probably the same mate that told me about Foo Fighters to be honest, then I saw a few of their videos from By The Way on Kerrang! and decided I liked their sound and asked for the album one xmas.

Why do you like them?
Anthony's voice when he's kind of rapping sounds really talented and he just has a nice voice. The tunes are also really beautiful at times.

Fun fact?
Anthony Kiedis' autobiography 'Scar Tissue' is one of my favourite books.

7) Yellowcard

How did you do find out about them?
My mate's mate let me borrow 2 albums in……2005 maybe and I couldn't stop listening to them and really got into them.

Why do you like them?
They use stringed instruments in their songs! That and I just some songs are really nice to listen to.

Fun fact?
Almost the whole of the album Ocean Avenue reminds me of a girl I used to have a crush on when I was 17.

8) The Horrors

How did you do find out about them?
Early last year when there was an interview with them and The Mighty Boosh in a magazine and they intrigued me a bit. Then some guy on MSN asked if I liked them then showed me their website and I saw the video to Sheena is a Parasite…started from there.

Why do you like them?
The organ, lyrics and creepy tones.

Fun fact?
The Horrors' tour diaries are the only tour diaries I have ever been interested in/been bothered to look up.

9) System of a Down

How did you do find out about them?
Probably on Kerrang! Singing Chop Suey back in the 2003 era.

Why do you like them?
They're crazy and funny.

Fun fact?
I was excited when Hypnotize came out cause it went with Mesmerize, they are the only 2 System albums I own.

10) Blink-182

How did you do find out about them?
Again, Kerrang! very likely. Classic Blink songs and music videos like What's My Age Again? and All The Small Things. TRAVIS, I'M PREGNANT!

Why do you like them?
I don't really 'like' them a lot anymore to be honest, I just overplayed the Blink 182 album too much, it's the only reason it's in this chart.

Fun fact?
One song off the Blink 182 album reminds me of Stuart, an ex Big Brother contestant and one reminds me of David Beckham missing a goal and me crying.

11) Placebo

How did you do find out about them?
Pure Morning music video back when I barely knew them but liked the video.

Why do you like them?
Brian Molko's voice is BEAUTIFUL.

Fun fact?
I used the song English Summer Rain in my media A level coursework for a music video and got a B.

12) Muse

How did you do find out about them?
My mate was really into them in like 2003 and gave me a copy of the album but I didn't like it, saw a few of their vids on Kerrang! though, really remember Time is Running Out as one of the first Muse songs I heard.

Why do you like them?
Matt Bellamy's voice and the tunes of some of the songs, like Supermassive Black Hole.

Fun fact?
I've seen Muse live twice, once at Reading Fest and once at Wembley Arena last year.

13) My Chemical Romance

How did you do find out about them?
It has to be Kerrang! again!! I'm Not Okay (I Promise) was played a lot on there and so I got the album in 2004 and loved it, been into them since them really.

Why do you like them?
I used to like them a lot more but….the lyrics, they're interesting and they're good live.

Fun fact?
I've cried while listening to their album before and may have cried while having sex to them when I was maybe 14 or 15…..

14) Lostprophets

How did you do find out about them?
Kerrang! And apart from that I think they just crept up on me when in 2006, a mate copied their newest album for me and I loved it.

Why do you like them?
Cause the newest album is still really good!

Fun fact?
I have still got to see them live, been wanting to for years now.

15) Disturbed

How did you do find out about them?
I think these guys crept up on me too! First heard of them when they were on WWF Forceable Entry but didn't know them like at all, then somehow ended up downloading a load of their songs.

Why do you like them?
The songs sounds so emotional, tune-wise and I love the emotion put into it.

Fun fact?
I'm likely to love any Disturbed song, I mean, they all sound similar….
