    It has indeed been a while. Well, on short notice, I'd enjoyed the french Sludge band General Lee's album ,,Hannibal ad Portas" a lot recently. And if you haven't listened to them yet, try Cave In. ,,Perfect Pitch Black" and ,,Jupiter" are good for a start. I have a list of 18 bands I want to check out at the moment, I'll tell you if I find anything outstanding. Might take me a year to get through that list though, haha. I think I'll start with Mahumodo, which you recomended me a while back if I remember it right.

    It's been a while for me too. I'm making up for my lack of plays today. Air, Arcade Fire, Bad Religion, Beck, Belle And Sebastian and later Catch 22 and Dead Kennedys. It's been a while since I had a real music binge.

    I've been listening to a lot of music on my iPod dock so it wasn't registering. Since you've been listening to a lot of soundtracks I'm surprised you haven't listened to E's Levity soundtrack. Despite being a massive fan of Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds and Grinderman I've never listened to their soundtracks. Normally my recommendations involve you hating the voice, but I'll put forward The Dirty Three as it's a Warren Ellis instrumental rock band. Very laid back stuff that could easily fit the "soundtrack" bill. http://www.last.fm/music/Dirty+Three/Whatever+You+Love%2C+You+Are That's probably the best place to start.

    I kind of take it in my own pace when it comes to checking out recommendations, even though it's probably kind of rude, haha. I really like Irreversible so far! I'll probably check out At The Soundawn in a few days or so. :D
