Ok, so for the last 4-5 months I've been trying to lose some weight...... I succeeded and lost about 30 lbs so far!!! Yay for me!!! But my weight goal is 125lbs, that's another 15 lbs, but now it's getting freakin hard!!!! I just got off my treadmill did 2 miles in 40 minutes which I think is pretty damn good! I do this every day plus some light weight training and sit-ups, but for some reason I can't seem to loose anymore weight!!! GRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So what I'm thinking of doing from now on is incorporate a dance work-out to my work-out routine, and Last Fm is going to help me!!!!! Wish me luck and send positive vibes my way!!!! :)
