Hey stranger, this is my personal hole on the internet. My name is Matt and I'm a 18 year old living in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. I tend to be drawn to interesting films such as A Clockwork Orange ad I thrive off of discussion and interpretation (but I'm only totally serious 10% of the time). The majority of my free time is spent either listening to my "different" music (ABBA to Dead Kennedys to Oscar Peterson to George Jones) or reading SOMETHING - blogs, news, books, magazines, essays, etc. . My favourite band is Genesis and my favourite album is The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway. My music overall tends to be a lot older than I am - a lot of modern chart music sucks, but I find some underground music interesting! I have artists as old as Bessie Smith and as new as James Morrison.
My particular tastes include Baroque Pop, Motown, Prog Rock, Jazz, Classic Rock, Soul, Singer-Songwriter, Power Pop, Classical, Punk Rock, Ambient and New Wave.
My most recent CD Purchases are: Genesis - Nusery Cryme, Peggy Lee - The Atlantic Years, Stiff Little Fingers - Nobody's Heroes & Leonard Cohen - Various Positions
