Hey! Yeah went to the first one too. Have listened to Ravedeath a bit but no, didn't know what to expect either beyond having seen a few similar artists recently (Onehontrix point never, Fennessez, Emerelds). I thought it was a fantastic sonic assualt. Like sticking your head in a beautiful jet engine. The dark definitely added to it but I was in a semi trance like state for most of it, imagining some kind of apoclyptic soundtrack. Looking forward to seeing him again at ATP.

Re: Mr Stevens at the RFH. Astonishingly awesomely mindblowingly good. One of my all time ever top shows. I have every intention of seeing him again on Thursday or Friday.

Yup. I know, the line up is like woah. All Scottish flights tomorrow have now been cancelled. <geek>I prefer the live version on The Virginia EP though</geek>

You have excellent taste sir. Boxer then I can't choose between SSDL and Alligator, then High Violet then the self titled. As a body of work Cherry Tree is probably my favourite though. Well apart from the tacking of Reasonable Man on the end which was a mistake of gigantic proportions. I'm supposed to be seeing them in three days. Fucking volcano permitting :(

Well isn't that Manchester one a warm up? Duno how many more they'll do cos they're doing Glasto as well, maybe they'll do a tour afterwards. A good half of those should be played tbh, they're probs gonna go through all their hits cos they haven't played them for so long. My top 20 would be, roughly, Trouble In The Message Centre, Tracy Jacks, Song 2, On Your Own, You're So Great, Charmless Man, The Universal, She's So High, There's No Other Way, For Tomorrow, End Of A Century, Out Of Time, Crazy Beat, Good Song, Parklife, London Loves, Coffee & TV, Beetlebum, We've Got A File On You, To The End. I think Popscene or Lot 105 would be a good opener x

How the fuck did you get tickets so cheap? Mark told me it was the worst time he'd seen them, said the crowd was a bit boring, but spose can't complain for £18. Yeh I listened to it today it was surprisingly good sounded so similar to Jesus & Mary Chain. Looked at the one on monday it's 18+ which is gay, there's some other one which is £6.50 in like 2 weeks so might go to that.

Ah ok, duno if youll get a cribs ticket theyre like 50 on ebay and doubt therell be many cheap touts, although youre pretty persistent. Yeh reading lineup will probably be a bit shit tbh, hoping for some good nme headliners/general good middle order stuff. If Radiohead play then that would be rele good. Coachella has the most insane lienup ever shame its in america.
