  Well, maybe you'll like Чайф or Николай Носков. Носков's music is wonderful mix of pop, rock, soul and classic. Чайф is clear rock:) I hope, you will enjoy))

  Hi, thank you very much!)) Hmm, similar to DM... Band "Технология" tried too hard to look like Depeche. People say, it really looks so. But I haven't heard it:) Band "Plazma" makes very god electronic music and sometimes they and DM are alike. All of their songs are in English:) And "Nautilus Pompilius" - I consider it to be russian Depeche Mode, though they have many differencies:). My other favourite russian music isn't similar to DM, so this is all I can recommend you))
