Thanks a lot Lisa, I didn't know you took my recommendations so seriously! I'm glad to be of help. And yeah, 'Further' is still my favourite song, I adored it the first time I heard it. The 5 minute version that is, not the horrible radio edit or the 4 minute version they used on the Mercury reissue. That song has been messed around with so many times it pisses me off that some people will overlook the original (and far superior) version. Yes, there will be a new album on the way. When it comes out is impossible to say! I reckon it'll be early next year.

It is a bit disappointing but there're some ace songs on it. I especially love 'Valium In The Sunshine' and 'Papercuts.' Do you have a link for the Athlete album please? I can't find one, thanks.

Definitely not as accomplished as We Can Create, I miss the more shoegazey tones of that album. It's still pretty good though, some definite career highlights are in there. Do you like it?

They've got an album called 'Methods' which will, supposedly, be released this year. I'm looking forward to it.

That sampler is excellent isn't it. This is lining up to be one of the finest albums of 2009. I didn't think they'd be able to match 'Black Heart, Blue Eyes' but 'Artificial Clouds' is easily just as good. What a chorus!

You're a goldmine of music-related information Lisa, I didn't even know the name or release date of the Tigers That Talked album until you told me haha. Thanks! I swear, all the best albums are coming out in September.

Here's a recommendation for you Lisa, the newly released album Architect Of This Church by Hope And Social. They're a mixture of Elbow, Coldplay and Arcade Fire so if that sounds good to you then they're well worth checking out. Here's a link where you can download it from http://www.[spam] com/?d=GVBEE9ZX Make sure you close the gap so it will work.

'Tiny Daggers' is indeed a lovely song, but I think there's much better on We Are Not An Island. My favourite is 'Take Cover', absolutely gorgeous. I'll be sure to check out Logh and tell you what I think.

Thanks! I've never really been a big fan of Placebo to be honest, though I think they're a great singles band.

Yes, we have much in common musically. Although you won't ever catch me listening to Pete Doherty ;) Buy the Leaves album, it's great...honest.
