I'd say Twin Cinema was their best album, but they have 2 before that I don't listen to much. If you like Twin Cinema, then it's worth checking out their new album, Challengers, too :)

Ah cool - I only got their album yesterday, track I would recommend first is Glorious. Also if you are looking for new music and don't know them already, check out a band called The New Pornographers - my favourite track is called The Bleeding Heart Show.
