Woah! You sure like Project Pitchfork a lot! Indeed, Sinus is one of my favorites from Inferno. I remember listening to the whole album non-stop while playing Diablo II.

haha, yah, i think you win :-D You're right on some of your concert comments regarding the ones that i've seen as well, esp. VNV... PP is definitely good, although i've read some people's comments that thought otherwise. I've seen em twice there, but the 2nd X was under in attendance. Spilles actually jumped right in front of me in the audience the 1st time & i have a close up pic :-)

Great library there buddy, where do you live where you had to drive 500 miles to see The 'Fork? I saw them in Phoenix a few weeks ago.

(***If you've not seen the preview for the next Doctor Who none of this shout will make sense and will possibly contain spoilers!***) Next weeks Doctor Who looks set to be interesting, although I do get the feeling they're flogging a dead horse; maybe now we've ditched the old 'boss' we'll get some more inventive stories coming along rather than 'one of us escaped' junk.

Yes, the Weeping Angels were amazing, infact Blink was the only episode I enjoyed from the third series. As for Karen, when she took her cap off and said "I'm a kiss-o-gram" I melted inside! xD So we have the Daleks in WWII (by the looks of things), Cybermen, Prisoner Zero's race and the Weeping Angels to return. I do wonder how they're going to introduce the Daleks again though (either way, as long as they are all "exterminate" and not all "make us human" you can't go wrong!)... You know, Doctor Who is the only program I ever get excited about, I mean I literally cannot wait until Saturday to see some more, there's only a handful of programs I actually watch but none get me as eager as Doctor Who! :D

I just saw the new Doctor Who and I'll be honest, it was FANTASTIC! The first 20 minutes or so was extremely boring and I wanted to switch off, Matt was being everything I feared he would be and it seemed they'd dumbed down the whole thing, however after that he came into his own, starting being his own Doctor and didn't try and copy David as I'd expected he would. Karen, as gorgeous as she is, disappointed me; she's amazingly attractive and I always find the Scottish accent sexy as Hell (it's in my blood), but she seemed lacklustre and her attempt as an English accent was poor... hopefully she'll grow on me more. The rest of the series is paved already, the 'hints' at the finale were obvious but had the desired effect, and we're seeing the return of some previous Who monsters, one sent tingles down my spine, by far my favourite 'new' monster to return ;) But yeah, overall a very good episode and I'm eager to see the remaining ones. Let me know what you think when you see it.

I was shocked when Ianto died, he was practically the last non-major character in Torchwood. I thought it was pretty good, when the kids all started talking for the first time it was really eerie and really kept my interest during the whole thing. I agree they used some themes most programs would shy away from, which I guess makes it all the more effective, I'm interested to see if they'll be making a 4th series, I guess that'll be apparent after the 5th (6th depending on how you count) series of Doctor Who which will be airing in a couple of months here... when would you get to see it over there? I never thought about that before >.>

I know I guess it's due to being a British sci-fi; I have a couple of friends in Canada who watch it and it seems to be more widespread there. You managed to get hold of all of Tom Baker's episodes? I'm jealous! First Doctor Who I ever saw was Tom Baker and the Daleks (I have a feeling it was the Genesis of the Daleks infact), over here getting hold of classic series is like rocking horse crap ironically. Do you know anything of series 3 of Touchwood? It's only 5 episodes long which sounds pretty unimpressive, however it's a direct continuation in storyline, unlike previous series where each episode is exclusive of the next and only references made to the final episodes series 3 is set over 5 consecutive days, a brave layout but they pulled it off excellently!

Doh! I knew there was something else I wanted to say. Yes, Touchwood is absolutely f'ing amazing; I thought the second series was a little... lacklustre (although the end was very emotional), the 3rd series though had me sitting on the edge of my seat, truely some of the best works recorded this side of the pond in a while :)

I'm the total opposite with Eccleston, I thought he was too serious, too wooden to be the Doctor (he even admitted to not enjoying the original show). When I saw David I just knew he was THE Doctor; probably because he reminds me so much of Tom Baker who was my original Doctor... I'm hoping Matt will grow on me, but I don't see it, so a consolation would be another 1 term Doctor. On the other hand... roll on Karen Gillan!

Yep, the 11th Doctor and trollface... it can't be unseen! Not much a fan of Matt Smith, and by not much a fan, I mean in the 30 seconds he was on screen I wanted to punch him; I'm not a violent person by nature but he just bugged me...

About 5 years, give or take. Can't say I'm a huge fan as most of their songs don't captivate me, however Medusa in my opinion is the greatest album ever created. As for Faith and the Muse, I quite enjoy the Burning Season.

À propos de moi

I love electronic synth music, as well as some metal/ hard rock. If I want to really relax I love some new age too.

I've seen a lot of bands live now including:\
Project Pitchfork (drove 500 miles to see them, greatest show of all time)
Front Line Assembly (amazing)
Front 242 (old and still kicking ass live)
Assemblage 23 (wonderful)
Icon of Coil (actually was combichrist, playing IOC music, but close enough!)
Combichrist (3 times now, they are getting stale)
VNV Nation (amazing live, they put their soul into their shows)
And One (I flipped out for timekiller :P)
Cruxshadows (very very passionate live, I got to dance on stage I hope they have a DVD)
Ayria (She was great, I got to meet her :))
Rotersand (blown away, their keyboard broke, so they played it on guitar, amazing)
Covenant (they used to much fog, and all stood in one place, good though)
E-Craft (18 people showed up! I had them to myself)
Imperative Reaction (they SUCK live, sounded like 10 year olds screaming)
Angelspit (really bad live, talentless)
Crossbreed (crazy blacklights and fire!)
Dope (looots of energy live)
Stromkern (never heard of them until they opened for FLA, very good live!)
Terrorfakt (kinda boring, 2 dudes tapping on thumb drumbs lol)
Informatik (pathetic live, one guy leaning on mic with a CD playing in the background)
Lords of Acid (decent, but kinda stale)
My Life With the Thrill Kill Kult (way too loud and not my thing)
Hanzel und Gretyl (Love them, but not very good live, and the crowd was horrible.)
Infected Mushroom (Epic live! Great crowd, and great mixing of all my favorite songs.)
Shpongle (Amazing! Better then I ever imagined!)

And some shows I saw when I was younger: (most were at Next Big Thing 1)
Disturbed
Sum 41(fun live, got the crowd going crazy)
Jimmy Eat World (very clean sound live)
Alien Ant Farm
Third Eye Blind
Vitamin C
Stroke 9
