The album absolutely brims with an easy and infectious air, as pop gem after gem rolls by. It’s perfect summer music, but the smart, sophisticated type; less a soundtrack to a party, and more what’d you put on when the party’s over, all but your best friends have cleared out, and you’re just sitting on the deck lazily nursing a drink while the sun slowly peeks through the trees.
