Jaws of the Bunker

For those who dug the shoegaze / psych leanings of Invisible Elephant, here's some more awesomeness to check out.... (and if you didn't, why not? Go dig it now).

Stellarium - Fader

Fader is a free download here on Last.fm, but pay a visit to their Bandcamp page for the full album, plus a live album currently on offer for "name your price" (including free, if you're so inclined).
Stellarium have been compared to: A Place to Bury Strangers, The December Sound, Screen Vinyl Image

The Band In Heaven

Couldn't find a vid, but you can check out this band and get a bunch of free tracks here on Last.fm, or head on over to their Bandcamp page for higher quality downloads - all generously free.
The Band in Heaven have been compared to: 13th Floor Elevators, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, The Brian Jonestown Massacre, The Warlocks

Low Sea - Sweet Jane

If you dig this Cowboy Junkies / The Velvet Underground cover, download the album Las Olas at CDBaby, or buy the limited edition CD here.
Low Sea have been compared to: Suicide, A.R. Kane, Mazzy Star, Spacemen 3, A Sunny Day In Glasgow, The Jesus and Mary Chain

Low Sea

P.S. Don't blame me if this journal title doesn't make any sense - I couldn't think of one so I grabbed the first book within reach, flipped to a random page and used the first sentence at the top of the page, which was a fragment. The book, by the way, was The Ends of the Earth by Lucius Shepherd. Perfect sci-fi / fantasy to accompany this music - go read it.
