I'd have to say The Human Equation, but The Final Experiment is really growing on me lately. I see you like Azarath. Just getting into the latest album, any recommendations about which one to listen to next?

Excelent, you should buy it, it's a continuation of Organic Hallucinosis but less industrialish. More like a Mix of Organic with The Negation. The guitar riffs are AWESOME, there are less blast beats but still sounding brutal. The music is very punchy and intense. Besides this new direction this album has it's Decapitated sound, (Homo Sum, and A View from A Hole it's an example) but has a great mix of elements like polyrhythmic sounding of Meshuggah and the pounding grooves of Pantera. I like a lot the Sauron era but this is a excelent release.
