I'm glad you enjoyed it, they came to Serbia only once - back in 2007. but i wasn't the fan back then. *noob* >.< I like the setlist, bunch of songs i'd like to hear live. How many times did you watch them anyway?

I really liked new Bowie on the first listen, i think it's an awesome album. Gave Depeche Mode also a spin and to my surprise - i like it as well. :D

Initially i thought it was official b-sides compilation album, turns out, it's not. My bad, guess you've heard most of them anyway.

Either Approach from 2006 or Love Remains The Same from 2008. Trust me, the more you listen to them, the more you will like 'em. :) Jo from Remedy Lane Forum recommended them in 2008. i think and i loved them ever since.

I haven't seen Von Hertzen Brothers on your list, ever listened to them? If not, i recommend Approach 2006, Love Remains The Same 2008 and Stars Aligned 2011. Just awesome band.

I think it would be nice to give The Resistance more time to grow on you. It's not that bad as you think, i actually like it same as Black Holes and Revelations. Overall it's a good album, it kept me for a long time listening. I think United States of Eurasia is a really nice homage to Queen and i really like how they've done it. If you like Queen you can hear their influence in many bands from Styx, 10cc, Sweet, Queensryche, Kansas, Radiohead, The Smashing Pumpkins, Meat Loaf, Dream Theater, Elton John, Blind Guardian, Manic Street Preachers, Avantasia etc etc., small bits and pieces nicely done. I'm glad you will finally see Muse live, i just hope i'll be lucky as you one day. :)

I think it started with Black Holes and Revelations. Then United States of Eurasia from The Resistance was pure Queen. But the new album... it's just incredibly Queen influenced. From the song structures and vocal harmonies to Brian May guitar solos. It's not like one or two songs, it's the entire album. While i agree with you on Panic Station being one of the best songs and also personal favourite, i don't agree with The 2nd Law being better than The Resistance. :P I think they went step backwards with this album. Sure, i like Queen influence but when done properly. This album just felt boring after couple of listens. And i thought you've seen them live couple of times by now. So weird hearing you're about to watch them for the first time considering you're their fan for long time. :D

Don't know about you but new Muse wears off pretty quickly. I think i've heard it like 15 times so far and i get the feeling i've heard it like 100 times. Overall, maybe 2 or 3 songs i like to hear from time to time, everything else seems weak. Matt is losing it i'm afraid. Still, i'd like to hear them live.

I've never seen them live so i think i'm probably gonna go. Besides i've missed R.E.M. once and that turned out to be a big mistake since they split after it and i really like their music so i hope i won't be making the same mistake twice.

It's not Martin Gore solo album, it's new Depeche Mode i'm talking about. :D

Have fun & enjoy tomorrow, i've been myself a fan of Tori Amos for almost 10 years now. Btw i've read somewhere that Martin Gore confirmed about the new album, it would be released in Q1 2013. yey!

I gave some albums a spin and i liked new Marillion, The Cult and Dead Can Dance, really enjoyed in all of them. Serj Tankian, Anathema, Skunk Anansie and Katatonia have their moments here and there but also parts i consider to be very weak and unnecessary. I got pretty much bored while listening to Therion and Dave Matthews Band, maybe i wasn't paying enough attention and could blame myself for lack of concentration but the most songs on both of these albums felt so boring and repetitive. I'm yet to listen Before These Crowded Streets but that is an older album. We're talking new stuff here. :p

The Octopus was awesome on the first listen. The atmosphere is great and i've caught a little of lyrics, some of them space-thematic related, if i'm not wrong. I've heard yesterday The 2nd Law and i have mixed feelings about it. Hope it will grow on me cause i have high hopes about it since its Muse and they haven't let me down so far. I already have them as one of the top candidates for album of the year 2012. but we shall see. I was curious enough to hear new Garbage and Testament album (even though i'm not into trash metal for years already) but the both albums were good to my surprise. Nothing mind blowing (like Amplifier :p ) but still ok. I'm eager to hear new Serj Tankian, Gojira, Devin Townsend Project and Anathema. Need to do some more digging after that.

I was certain it was knee, dunno why, sorry. Thanks for recommendations, i'm gonna listen to Amplifier first. I'll have more time during weekend to hear the rest. I haven't stumbled upon anything spectacular in 2012. yet but you might wanna give The Smashing Pumpkins - Oceania a go. Heard it recently and i liked it on the first spin. I also enjoyed in Yann Tiersen - Skyline, Leonard Cohen - Old Ideas, Jack White - Blunderbuss, Norah Jones - Little Broken Hearts, John Mayer - Born and Raised and Sharon Van Etten - Tramp. Still looking for personal favorite of 2012. I'm divided between listening to albums from this year and catching up with previous releases from the past years. Sweet torment. :D Thanks again, i'm gonna drop here more often since you are pretty much active unlike most of my last.fm friends.

I'm not big fan of Cranberries either but i think i also might go watch them in December. I don't know what got into me lately, i've started to listen more and more as many different bands, musicians and genres of music, seems like i dedicate almost all of my free time for music nowdays, whenever i come from work, i always end up with headphones, relaxed and really enjoying in it, i think more than ever. Huge world to discover, so many good music out there. It fulfills me on so many levels. :) How's your knee, i recall reading on RL forum you had some issues? Btw, if you have something to recommend, feel free to do so, i'm open to anything. :D
