Iron Man is great too! And Robert Downey jr is really good at Stark for the movies they're doing right now - he's great at playing a self-centered douche, and the role just cracks me up. I am SO STOKED for The Dark Knight Rises. I'm probably going to cry after it since it's the finale of the trilogy though lmao. I take my comic movies very seriously. I've never explored The Cars' music much but I like the little I've heard through my dad or whatever. Should I listen more?

You'd have to ask my dad :P I'm sorry I just can't imagine someone with a musical style that different doing a great cover of the fab four... just seems like it'd appear out of place you know? I havent, but I kinda want to. I'll have to see if I can find it. I love documentaries and I love musicians so that's kinda right up my alley. Plus, John's personality is pretty fascinating to me. He was a weird dude with a lot of personal issues that really influenced his life and art. History's just my passion which I guess makes me lucky - that I have one of those. I guess a lot of people don't. I'm just totally in my element when it comes to academia, always have been. I eat like that anyway! :P Comics are something I really appreciate... more into graphic novels, though. What even is the difference? I love Marvel. Who's your favorite superhero? Mine's Batman... if he counts as one, and not only as an antihero

Yep! My family calls me Chris but most others call me Hilary. And thanks! I do like the name - it's just uncommon enough to not be stuck with 8 clones of myself but it's not WEIRD weird. Lennon was a brilliant dude. His solo work just doesn't really impress me I guess as much as the other ex-Beatles'. Oh god, my favorite Beatles song? Possibly A Day in the Life or Eleanor Rigby. Eleanor Rigby was the song that made me love the band at first. If I could choose a group of songs I'd pick the Abbey Road medley and my favorite Beatles album is hands-down Revolver. My major is history! I'm one of those super-academic nerds, but at one point I considered majoring in film or theatre but I work in theatre and the experience is enough to get me jobs I'd want in the field in the future. Hahaha, honestly I think it's good to be indecisive about your major in some ways. Ooh, touring sounds especially exciting! And nah, just hopefully moving out of my dad's house. :P

Oh God, I love Phoenix so much... and the black keys :D And a lot of others. It's really hard for me to decide because they are just all good to my ears. I apologise if I'm not quite of a talker.

I'm Christine, or Hilary! I'm called either depending on who you're talking to. Nice to make your internet acquaintance! (I wish lastfm allowed linebreaks in these comments transitions are made so awkward by a lack of them??) Aw poor Ringo!!! I love all of them tbh but George was my favorite Beatle. I respect them all as artists. John was probably my least favourite as far as his solo work goes, which is probably pretty unusual. I don't have many plans for the summer except possibly moving and enjoying having graduated as I do that in a month or so. It'll be nice to know I'm done with school completely... until I decide to go back for my Master's if I do? I guess. either way, yeah, just relaxing and summer is great up here, so going to shows and hanging out with people I don't get to see much! How are you planning out your summer so far? Oh, and you're in school, too? What are you studying? Wow omfg this shout is long. Sorry about that!

Hey man, it's good to keep busy imo. Keeps me from pondering life too hard, which is just depressing, lol. Nothing's going on really lately - waiting for summer so I can get out of school more to actually do stuff.. It's in a sunny, hot phase up here though, which is nice, because it's like a preview for summer. Hopefully.

À propos de moi

I'm here to listen to awesome music. If we share common interests in music, we'll more than likely get along :)

I love comics and film.

I'm a bit awkward.
