    Forward Russia B sides are mainly on spotify, easiest way to get them to keep is if you works out which singles they are on and get the promo CDs from ebay, they usually go for 1-2quid. There's also an MP3 of Reflection Symmetry which was recorded in the Life Processes studio session, I think it's linked from one of their myspace blogs. Not sure about the ones you an't get from eBay singles + spotify, if you find them let me know cause I'd love them! Other option is to go see Tom Woodhead, the singer, he is the sound tech at Nation of Shopkeepers, he'd probably have them on a hard drive somewhere. Great gig list btw, good mix of stuff!
