Robert Plant and The Sensational Space Shifters for free!

I won two Tickets for the Opening Concert of the Live at the Sunset Concerts in Zürich, which is known as a first Class Open Air, because it is very small and the Location is great. The Weather wasn`t ( 10 °C and Rain ), but we had best Places covered so we were safe at least from Rain.

The Artist, which I was able to see was an "old Fellow", Robert Plant from Led Zeppelin with his new Band " The Sensational Space Shifters". I have seen Robert Plant in the 90`s twice before.

He is 65 Years now, but still a real good Frontman and Singer. He had a great Band and a even better Sound. The Arrangement of the Songs were wild: A Blend from Hardrock, Blues, Worldmusic, Bluegrass and a Shot of Psychodelic, wow!

If you will see, which Song was the Opener, you know in which Way the Journey in that Night went. At the Beginning Robert said, that he played almost everywhere: on Funerals and Weddings, etc. but he played never in Front of 2500 Condoms ( the People in the first 15 Rows did wear all the same Raincoats, which were free to get there:-)

All in all a great Night out, just the Playing Time was too short for me: 1.35 Hours. If I had to pay for the Ticket, that would be really much too short.

Cheers, Markus
