    hey man, thanks for the message! i'm downloading 'homogenic' as we speak. and the detail is good, plus it means she must be good if you're so careful to make sure i don't get put off haha. glad to hear you're doing well in istanbul, that's great. is it a two year course? i'm currently doing my second semester of six at a liberal arts and sciences college in utrecht - so enjoying doing literature, anthropology, philosophy, history and so on. the fact that it's a very small college and campus leaves a little to be desired, but i'm getting on much better with that aspect so far this semester. let me know if you're ever back in nl.

    Yeah man, I'm hoping in doing that again. Great place! Nah no problem man, we'll chill soon. I'm not too sure honestly. But my impression is that they'll stay until they retire. So I still got some NL years left for sure :) Thats cool man, I'm glad your enjoying it. For sure, it's good to gain more knowledge. I'm sure those classes you don't enjoy much will somehow become useful in the future! Glad man, you get to record the local jazz cats of Istanbul? Sounds like it's gonna be a new centre for music if it isn't already. yeah man, this year is gonna be intense. As we speak, I'm at a piano room practicing for this exam I got for jazz harmonics for piano. It's pretty dope but challenging! Thanks man, I'll keep you posted! As for the Avishai Cohen concert, I understand but def try to check it out. The man's a great composer! Anyways man, take care and speak to you soon

    Summers go waaaay fast. Yeah man! Greece was great. I didn't end up going to Thessaloniki but did say a range if islands. Beautiful place, beautiful people and easy living! Yeah man, that hurricane looked intense. So much rain water everywhere. I was actually in NL for some days before heading out. I saw Antonio though, which was nice! He seems real happy too. I ended up playing a gig too with that ska band in Kremers. Good way to end the summer :) You gonna be seeing any gigs anytime soon? Hows it going by the way?
