21 juin 2008, 11h30mNe geceydi yaw! Maçın ilk yarısını gırgır kıyamet seyret, bir bardak ikram Chivas Regal'i içip çakır keyf ol, Etiler'den Park Orman'a ralli yaparak Opeth'e son anda yetiş, "headbanger"ların saçlarıyla kırbaçlan, Mikael'in son derece samimi ve sıcak tavrıyla acayip keyiflen, konuşma sesine de hayran ol, biz (İsveç) kaybettik, f..k Euro 2008 dese de konser arası maç haberlerini gelen SMS'lerle sıkı takip et, arada konsere gelemeyen arkadaşlara canlı yayın yap, canlı yayın sırasında maçı kazandığımızı öğrenip en ön sırada çığlıklar atıp toplu çığlıklara sebep ol, 1.5 saatten fazla süren konserin tadı damağında kalsın, daha kendine gelemeden bu kez İstanbul'un çılgın yarı final kutlamaları içine düş...
Bir de bagetleri az farkla kaçırmasaydım :p
21 mai 2008, 17h24mSun 18 May – The Classical Jazz Quartet
I was in Geneva only for 4 days and searched for a concert that I'd like to see. What a chance, happened to listen to the delirious jazz interpretations of Rahmaninov and Bach, tranced by the vibes of Stefan Harris, had a cool chat with the band and learned that they will be in Istanbul soon, superb :) Play Rachmaninov

13 sept. 2007, 0h00mI was curious about John Wesley, when I learned that he played with Porcupine Tree as a sideman, guitarist, vocalist during the In Absentia and Deadwing world tours. And from the first track to the last, I‘ve got really surprised not to know him until now.
Let us have a look what he says:
“For me to continue to create music, I have to know that people are hearing it. Elements of cost and lack of distribution have made most of my catalogue very difficult to acquire. So rather than go into a long diatribe about how the industry is changing, I am just going to post this blog to announce a new "Share the Wes" policy.
My entire catalogue is now available through links on this site as MP3 downloads – at no cost.
The only thing I ask in return is that if you choose to download the music and add it to your collection, you "Share the Wes" with everyone you know that may have an interest in the music that I create.
Point them to the site and encourage them to discover the music I have created over the course of my career, and then encourage them to share it!
If you like the music, go to the "Demand it" button on my site, tell me where you are, and hopefully at some point in the future I can come near to where you are and "Share the Wes" live.
I am driven by a need to create and perform. Sharing my music in this manner will help to remove some of the barriers that I have encountered in exposing the songs to a wider audience.
In regards to income, music is not free to create. There are heavy costs in the time, money and expense it takes to create, record and perform the music. Many people also still enjoy having the CD and artwork... Some like to have it signed to collect, and let¹s face it, CD's are higher quality and sound better than MP3's. So to help defray these costs and still make the music available to the fans that love having the discs, I will still offer the music in CD form online and at gigs, although most of the music I am offering is now out of print, which again, is a major factor in my decision to "Share the Wes" for free.
I've added a Paypal button on the site for donations to go towards covering the expense of creating new music. If you download the music and you love it, and you want to be a part of supporting my quest to create more, click the Paypal button. Any amount helps and will go to covering the cost of creating new music.
When I create new music, there will be an initial period where it will only be available on CD or Snocap, again, to help cover the costs.
The bottom line is, there are now over 50 songs on this site to have, to share, and to help you become a part of the entire history of my journey of creating music.
Please take it all, listen to it, and enjoy... and share it!”
Give it a try, you’ll enjoy his music...

28 mars 2007, 0h58mNext-generation digital music systems are about integration of various services in one-stop-shop. The most important power in this industry will be the dedicated community, that is the music fans. Though, the systems which build on sharing the income with these fans will overtake its competitors. We know that web sites like weedshare and peerimpact established their systems on the power of music fans. However, these services have their own weaknesses. For example, Weedshare settled with indies, but not with major labels. Peerimpact doesn’t enable the fans to create their own stores and playlists.
BurnLounge has brought a fresh approach to this next-generation, digital music services by customized music stores and playlists. You may call it a "multilevel marketing" through internet. It’s based on the idea that fans promoting the music they love to their friends is powerful and very effective. The model offers everyone the opportunity to participate in the music industry by promoting their favorite artists and albums on their personal store while receiving a percentage of the sales. It gives artists a much better way to market themselves. It gives fans a much better way to champion their favorite artists and get paid for their efforts like an independent content editor. Simply, it has answered the call for a way to distribute music in the most fair and rewarding way possible. The beta version of the program is now available to current BurnLounge retailers and will be released to the public in April 2007.
However, Burnlounge is available only within the U.S. Moreover, its allies are mostly majors and missing the indies is an important gap for them. Here is a call for the management of last.fm to snap at a chance and transform the last.fm community into a dynamic interconnected marketplace of music for the rest of the world! Just move beyond the exchange of information, facilitating and monetizing the exchange of content, ideas and entertainment within our online social environment.
15 mars 2007, 20h35mHi folks,

20 fév. 2007, 18h20mSometimes several rivers come together and forms a waterfall. It's difficult to stand in that chaos. Today I felt like having a nice walk alone by the riverside and get the pleasure of the clear, calm waters ahead.
