    Friday:

Mariachi El Bronx - 7 - Great band to start the weekend with, played really well.

Polar Bear Club - 8 - Brilliant band, far exceeded my expectations. Definitely better live than on CD.

Spinnerette - 6 - Brody Dalle's voice is still amazing, but some of the songs felt uninspired and dull.

A Wilhelm Scream - 6 - Never heard them before, not really my thing, but they did a great job of getting the crowd pumped and into it.

Eagles of Death Metal - 2 - Terrible band, really shocking. Weak vocals and cliched songs played by sweaty middle aged men.

Enter Shikari - 5 - A truly dreadful set, saved by the amazing reception from the crowd. The pitting was really intense. Left pretty quickly though.

Snuff - 9 - Pleasant surprise of the weekend. Never heard of them before, turned out to be ska punk legends! Great set, loved it.

Set Your Goals - 6 - The band played brilliantly, but I was squashed so much at the front I could barely breathe.

Ian Brown - 3 - I love Ian Brown but his set was truly dreadful. After he massacred Fools Gold I had to leave.

The Bronx - 9 - Amazing set, don't know the band too well but the crowd were just mental, the singer doing a side flip off the central pillar in the lockup tent was certainly a highlight.

The Prodigy - 7 - Only caught the last few songs because I was in The Bronx for the majority of their set. Their sound was a bit crap, probably because we were so far away.

Rise Against - 7 - They played really well, but I didn't really know their songs well enough to get the most out of it, and they didn't talk to the crowd much.

    Saturday:

Broadway Calls - 6 - They pretty much just got up on stage and played. They played very well, but they weren't too exciting, so some interaction would have gone down well.

In Case of Fire - 8 - Played really well, didn't get a great reaction from the crowd but they gave it their all regardless.

Lethal Bizzle - 5 - Terrible music, great atmosphere. Not much more to it.

Frank Turner - 9.5 - Amazing set, sang along to every word. At only 8 songs however, it was a bit short. The 'circle jig' was inspired. Met him afterwards as well - top bloke.

Crystal Castles - 1 - Terrible. Didn't see the appeal.

The Gaslight Anthem - 9 - A few more songs from Sink or Swim would have been nice, but they were simply incredible.

Radiohead - 10 - Band of the weekend. Perfect setlist executed flawlessly. Been a fan for well over 3 years now and had never seen them before.

    Sunday:

Dananananaykroyd - 9 - Despite being the first band on in the NME tent they managed to really get the crowd pumped, especially with the 'wall of cuddles'.

The Ghost of a Thousand - 9 - After a slow start the pitting really began to get insane. These guys deserve more recognition.

Alexisonfire (1st set) - 6 - Not a bad set by any stretch of the imagination, but somewhat uninspired and - in places - dull.

New Found Glory - 9 - So energetic and fun. Quote 'I want this barrier to look like the opening to the movie Saving Private Ryan' was a highlight.

Alexisonfire (2nd set) - 3 - A really boring set that I found it really hard to get into. The crowd wasn't really doing much and the guitarist saying that 'Reading said that in Leeds there's just Nazis and paedophiles' was just a tad too far.

Anti-Flag - 9 - Stunning set, they really are an amazing live band. Crowdsurfed 3 times too :P

Marmaduke Duke - 7 - Great band to finish the weekend with, loved the stage presence and atmosphere of the whole set.
