I don't know what you've heard, but some stuff I didn't find by glancing at your charts that you might enjoy (pop might be stretching it in some cases though): Tokyo Jihen (Sheena Ringo's band is worth checking out), Guernica (Jun Togawa is in here), Piana (j-dream glitch with an angelic voice), MASS OF THE FERMENTING DREGS (their S/T is actually good all female rock) and Tujiko Noriko, are the first sort of poppy good and non-bubblegum j-acts that I think of. RYM is a good source to find out good starting albums if anything sounds interesting.
