Back in 1997, KERION was an instrumental Prog Metal band at this time called KIRLIAN
A female singer, Flora, then joins the lineup and KERION heads towards Symphonic Metal and release 2 demos conceptually based on a Heroic-Fantasy tale written by Chris Barberi.

2008 : Our first album : « Holy Creatures Quest » is written among the last part of Barberi’s « Staraxis » novel.
Featuring a majestuous choir directed by Phil Gordana (FAIRYLAND), a lyrical singer as guest vocalist,
a tremendous cover artwork by master JP Fournier (AVANTASIA, EDGUY) and mixed in Harkam Studio by Wildric Lievin (HAMKA, FAIRYLAND) and Guillaume Serra.

Wow, the choirs sound strikingly like Fairyland's but are more intense. Still has a lot of room for improvement, but as it stands, that's a lot of potential right there. Looking forward to what Kerion can dish out in the future!
