    Vladimir reminds me a bit of Sigur Rós, with a tiny whiff of Radiohead. But they have such an own sound at the same time, that actually comparing them to anything else is a bit useless. Yes, they have a similar feel to their music, but made in a unique and very own way. After all those years (I know them from their first E.P.) they still manage to impress and inspire me.

    Toen live gezien bij hun cd-presentatie in Utrecht. Geinige verrassing. Rising Summer Sun is een heerlijk sfeervol nummer.

    Er was eens een meisje, haar bijnaam was Vladimir. Zij voor lol Vladimir intypen op inet. Zij kwam erachter dat bandje uit Utrecht ook zo heette, wat een toeval. Dat meisje kocht album ongeveer uuh.. jaar geleden? *laten we zeggen gewoon een tijd geleden* en ze vindt het album nog steeds geniaal. Vladimir <3 (ik houd van mij, maar ook van hun).
