Biographie

VAST (Visual Audio Sensory Theater) est un groupe de rock progressif américain fondé en 1998 par Jon Crosby.
Le groupe est actuellement composé de :
* Jon Crosby (chant)
* Michael Austinmoore - Michael Cry (basse)
* Ben Fenton (guitare, depuis 2006)
* Dustin Williams (instruments à cordes : violon, violoncelle, contrebasse et plein d’autres)

    v No shit, Sherlock. Doesn't change the fact that Jon Crosby has released albums under his own name, and not VAST, and it should be tagged thereafter.

    Bothers the hell outta me that Jon Crosby is being auto corrected to VAST! Yeah, I know, you can turn of the auto correction, but it shouldn't have to be necessary. :/ Yes, I am one of those tag-whores.

    Cassandra-Leo: I feel VAST's best albums are Music for the People and VAST (self-titled). I feel their other releases are competent enough but lack the passion and imagination of the first two releases. Music for the people has a more classical sounding influence, as opposed to the industrial, tribal sound of VAST. It works for me; I find it haunting, atmospheric and strangely uplifting. So, yeah - I would recommend Music for People to get you started. I would also urge you to get hold of "A Complete Demonstration" - there are some obscure gems to be had on it...
