    UHP is criminally underrated. My favorite tracks are Solar/Lunar and Avatar. Listening to something like Solar/Lunar, the first thing that crosses my mind is that Melissa would be right at home working on one of the Ayreon projects.

    I just realized... her voice sounds very much like Avril Lavigne, if I may use such a rueful analogy. Especially on Avatar... Curious. I'm not pleased to have made that connection. Thank goodness I like UHP far better than Avril.

    Splashdown forever! Seriously, though, Kaplan's solo work is excellent in its own right. I don't know anyone else that writes songs like Katrinah Josephina, Avatar, Forms of Imprisonment, and Six-Step Dragon. And that voice is just ... what can you say? That's a hell of a set of pipes she's got.
