I don't really like the new album (on first listen) I think the production is a bit uninspired, overp -prouduced and the sound isn't quite as ground-breaking as the first release. On the first album they had a wider range of artists that took on their own song and it gave the album a much more varied sound but with this release it seems there is tighter group all playing on the same songs. It just comes across as an Eliza Carthy-Chris Wood collaboration. Peter Gabriel did some awesome work with the Afro Celts but he must realise that this is the noughties not the nineties.
