The books est un groupe qui nous vient de New York, il est composé de deux personnes Nick Zammuto et Paul De Young.
Ils créent leur musique sur des bases de violoncelles et de guitares qui apportent un coté mélodieux avec des chants, tandis que les samplers électroniques et les voix insolites viennent enrichir leur musique pour nous faire découvrir un style de musique expérimental.
